Grace and Travis and their families really wanted a wedding day that felt inviting and elegant, so once Deer Park Villa was locked in we got to work with design decisions that fit the space. We really leaned into the redwoods for the ceremony, adding a few key focal points to an already impactful ceremony backdrop. An 'indoor' dining experience was important to Grace, so we transformed the patio on property into just that! We focused on neutral colors for the chairs, linens and draping, with dimensions coming in from the lush florals that were sprinkled throughout the dinner space, the champagne flatware, and a soft blue napkin was the pop of color. In addition to design, there were so many personal details that made the day one-of-a-kind for these two. Their love for the outdoors was the inspiration for their seating chart with guests being assigned to various trails they've hiked together, and the musical background in Grace's family was on full display from a special serenade during the ceremony to the reception band being her dad's rock band! It was such a special day and we're so glad we got to be a part of it!
